這次疫情，毫無疑問會(huì)對我們的出口貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生一定程度的影響，有的客戶會(huì)擔(dān)憂是否會(huì)影響到年后的出貨情況。外貿(mào)人應(yīng)該如何與客戶解釋這次疫情，以緩解客戶的擔(dān)憂，這成為我們當(dāng)務(wù)之急要做到工作。

如果這次疫情對你的交期產(chǎn)生了影響，建議及時(shí)與境外合同方協(xié)商，告知“主要疫情在武漢，在可控范圍內(nèi)”，當(dāng)?shù)卣疄樽龊梅揽胤e極采取措施，對及時(shí)交貨造成一定困難，征得對方諒解。必要時(shí)可在“不可抗力”基礎(chǔ)上重新協(xié)商主張免責(zé)。建議要耐心地與客戶溝通訂單延期原因，同時(shí)及時(shí)向客戶確認(rèn)新的交貨期，讓客戶能夠感受到我們在應(yīng)對緊急情況時(shí)的責(zé)任心，對策以及溝通效率；另一方面也能讓客戶有足夠的應(yīng)急時(shí)間，對于延期做出及時(shí)有效的調(diào)整。以下就是一些與疫情相關(guān)的英語話術(shù)，歡迎外貿(mào)人參考。

1）通知假期延長：

表達(dá)：

Affected by a novel coronavirus, our government announced all enterprises will remain closed till February 9.

或：

our government announced it will delay resumption of work to February 9.

Your understanding and support will be highly appreciated.

在我看來，不需要長篇大論告知，中國作為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)大國，此事一出，各媒體爭相報(bào)道，很多客戶多少心里有數(shù)。多余的解釋，還會(huì)引起不必要的不安。長話短說即可，大多數(shù)客戶都能理解且致以問候。

2）如客戶擔(dān)憂疫情蔓延，表達(dá)信心：

表達(dá)：

China is determined and capable of winning the battle against the coronavirus. We all take it seriously and follow the government's instructions to contain the spread of the virus. The atmosphere around remains optimistic to some extent. The epidemic will be eventually controlled and killed.

中國有決心、有能力戰(zhàn)勝這次疫情，我們也都認(rèn)真對待和配合，按照政府指示，控制病毒傳播。在某種程度上，周邊氛圍保持樂觀。這種流行疾病最終會(huì)得以控制和消滅的。

3）通知已下單客戶貨期可能會(huì)延遲：

表達(dá)：

Apparently the coronavirus issue will not be resolved in short period, we are afraid that the schedule of your order may be changed due to the delay of production. We'll keep you updated. 

很顯然，這次疫情短時(shí)間內(nèi)不會(huì)得到解決。我們恐怕你訂單的排期會(huì)因?yàn)樯a(chǎn)的推遲而改變。會(huì)進(jìn)一步告知進(jìn)展。

如果已經(jīng)確定延誤：

We regret to inform you that the delivery will be delayed due to the novel coronavirus. We'll keep tracking the status and try our best to expedite. Sorry for the inconveniences caused and thanks for your patience. 

我們很遺憾通知你貨期因疫情會(huì)延遲。我們在跟進(jìn)中，會(huì)及時(shí)告知進(jìn)展，同時(shí)也在竭盡所能加快進(jìn)度。對此造成的不便表示歉意，謝謝你的耐心。

也有急性子的客戶不太理解我們，可以補(bǔ)充：

The delayed shipment is not just from us, but from the sub vendors, logistics, and all other related support systems. 

表示延誤，是整個(gè)市場都如此。

4）如客戶2月初有來華計(jì)劃可委婉勸說遲些再來：

告知復(fù)工時(shí)間，再說：

To avoid any negative impact, I suggest that you may consider delaying your trip to China. 

為了避免任何負(fù)面影響，我建議你要考慮下延遲來華行程。

5）如有客戶受海外社媒謠傳：

糾正后：

Fake news. Thanks for helping prevent the spread of these rumors if possible. 

假消息！如果可以，也請幫忙阻止這類謠言的傳播。

可以補(bǔ)充：

I believe, China's speed, scale and efficiency of response is rarely seen in the world. 

我相信中國應(yīng)對此次疫情的速度，規(guī)模和效率在世界上都是很少見的。此話有感于一個(gè)客戶和我說：Any other countries could not have controlled like China. 滿滿的民族自豪感。
